Terms of Use

Effective date: October 28, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of skopeworks.com and the content, resources, and features offered through it (the “Website”). The Website is operated by SKOPE LLC, a California limited liability company (“SKOPE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. Where we request your acceptance, clicking an acceptance checkbox or otherwise expressly agreeing establishes your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use features requiring acceptance or purchase products through the Website.

1. Intended audience

The Website is intended for adults age 18 or older, including business owners, founders, executives, professionals, and individuals seeking business or career support. SKOPE currently markets its services to customers in the United States.

You must be at least 18 to submit inquiries, book appointments, purchase products, or enter into agreements through the Website. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to any agreement you enter into on its behalf.

2. Website information and professional advice

The Website provides information about SKOPE’s services and may include articles, tools, templates, assessments, and other educational materials.

General Website content is not individualized professional advice. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or regulatory advice, and it does not establish an attorney-client, healthcare-provider, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship.

Content discussing healthcare, pharmacy operations, compliance, artificial intelligence, or other regulated activities is educational. It is not a legal opinion, compliance certification, or substitute for advice from qualified professionals familiar with your circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it and obtaining appropriate professional advice. Laws, technology, market conditions, and business practices change, and content may not reflect every subsequent development.

3. Consulting engagements and separate agreements

Submitting an inquiry, attending an introductory conversation, or accessing the Website does not establish a consulting relationship or obligate SKOPE to provide services.

Paid consulting engagements require a separate written agreement accepted by SKOPE and the client. That agreement governs the engagement, including its scope, fees, payment schedule, deliverables, confidentiality, intellectual property, termination, and allocation of liability.

If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement concerning that engagement, the signed client agreement controls. Website service descriptions and advertised prices are informational and do not replace an agreed scope of work.

4. Introductory conversations

Introductory conversations are offered without charge unless expressly stated otherwise before booking. They are intended to explore your needs and whether an engagement may be appropriate.

Booking a conversation does not guarantee availability, acceptance as a client, or a particular recommendation or outcome. Either party may cancel or reschedule. SKOPE does not charge a cancellation or no-show fee for free introductory conversations.

5. Inquiries and information you submit

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only information you are authorized to share.

Do not submit patient information, medical records, protected health information, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, or confidential or proprietary business documents through public inquiry forms or general Website features.

A public inquiry does not create a nondisclosure agreement. If confidential information is needed to evaluate or perform an engagement, contact us first to arrange appropriate terms and a suitable method of exchange.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You authorize SKOPE and its service providers to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate the relevant feature, and otherwise process it as described in our Privacy Policy. This authorization does not grant us ownership of your business ideas or permission to publish your inquiry as a testimonial.

6. Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, SKOPE or its licensors own the Website’s original text, designs, graphics, branding, tools, templates, and other materials. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you may view Website content and use resources expressly made available for download for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may adapt templates for those purposes where their format and accompanying instructions permit adaptation.

Unless a separate license expressly permits it, you may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or republish our materials.
  • Share purchased resources outside the purchaser’s organization.
  • Use our materials to create products or services for sale or distribution.
  • Remove ownership, copyright, or attribution notices.
  • Use SKOPE’s name, logo, or branding in a way that implies sponsorship or endorsement.

These restrictions do not limit rights granted by law, including applicable fair-use rights. Separate product licenses or signed client agreements control where applicable.

Third-party names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Website to:

  • Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
  • Submit fraudulent, impersonating, threatening, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • Send spam, malicious code, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with Website security, availability, or normal operation.
  • Extract content through automated means in violation of access restrictions or applicable law.
  • Misrepresent an affiliation with SKOPE.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements.

8. Digital products, resources, and future purchases

SKOPE may offer downloadable resources, digital products, workshops, assessments, or other purchases. These provisions apply when those offerings become available.

The applicable offer or checkout page will describe the product, price, delivery method, license, and any additional terms. You must review those details before purchasing. Applicable taxes and charges will be disclosed before you complete the transaction.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or SKOPE expressly agrees in writing, purchases are final and nonrefundable. Change of mind, nonuse, or dissatisfaction alone does not entitle you to a refund.

This policy does not exclude remedies required by law for unauthorized or duplicate charges, failure to supply a purchased product, material misdescription, or other legally protected circumstances. Contact legal@skopeworks.com about delivery, access, or billing problems.

Consulting payments, deposits, and cancellations are governed by the applicable client agreement.

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, a purchase does not include ongoing consulting, customization, updates, or lifetime access. Any access period, technical requirements, or included support will be disclosed in the applicable offer.

9. Subscriptions and recurring payments

A one-time purchase does not authorize recurring charges.

If SKOPE offers a subscription, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and other material conditions will be disclosed before enrollment. Recurring charges require your affirmative consent.

Cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the disclosed terms. Except where required by law or expressly stated in the offer, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory cancellation rights.

10. Third-party services and affiliate relationships

The Website may link to third-party websites or services, including scheduling platforms, payment processors, and recommended business tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. SKOPE does not control their content, availability, security, or performance.

SKOPE may receive compensation, referral fees, commissions, or other benefits from certain recommendations or links. When applicable, we will disclose material relationships clearly in connection with the relevant recommendation.

A recommendation does not guarantee that a third-party product or service is suitable for your circumstances.

11. Testimonials, examples, and results

Testimonials, case studies, and examples describe particular experiences or circumstances. They do not promise that you will achieve the same results.

Business outcomes depend on factors including execution, resources, market conditions, timing, and decisions outside SKOPE’s control. SKOPE does not guarantee revenue, profitability, financing, employment, regulatory approval, or other specific outcomes.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing, nonessential tracking, or other processing for which separate consent is required.

13. Website availability and warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

We do not warrant that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current. We may update, suspend, or discontinue Website features.

These provisions do not override express obligations in a signed client agreement, applicable purchase terms, or warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Discontinuing a feature does not eliminate obligations associated with an existing purchase.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKOPE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or its general informational content, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost data.

For claims governed by these Terms, SKOPE’s total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid SKOPE for the specific Website product giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting. They do not govern consulting liability addressed in a separate signed client agreement.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or mandatory protections require otherwise.

Subject to any nonwaivable rights concerning jurisdiction or venue, disputes arising from these Terms or the Website will be brought in California state courts located in San Mateo County or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. You and SKOPE consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive any right that cannot lawfully be waived. A separate signed client agreement may establish different dispute-resolution procedures for that engagement.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will identify the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter completed purchases or signed client agreements.

For material changes affecting an ongoing contractual relationship, we will provide notice and obtain renewed acceptance where required by law. Posting revised Terms alone does not establish consent where affirmative agreement is legally required.

17. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms and any expressly applicable purchase terms constitute the agreement concerning Website use. Signed client agreements and separate product licenses govern their respective subject matter.
