My story
I've spent more than 25 years building businesses, leading teams, and solving complex problems across healthcare, technology, and consumer markets. More than a decade of that time has been in executive leadership, where I've been accountable for growth, people, operations, and results.
I've seen what makes companies successful, and I've also seen how quickly things can unravel when the right people, processes, and decisions aren't in place. The biggest challenges aren't always the ones people think they have. Sometimes the real problem is hidden beneath layers of complexity, a decision that hasn't been made, or a perspective that's missing.
Much of that work has been as the Integrator beside a visionary founder: holding the vision, turning it into priorities, owners and follow-through, and keeping the team aligned as the business grows.
That's why I created SKOPE. I wanted to bring the experience and perspective of an executive into a more personal, practical relationship with the people building businesses. Whether you're starting with an idea, navigating growth, or figuring out what comes next, I want you to have a trusted partner to think it through with, challenge assumptions, and make better decisions.
The name
SKOPE comes from the Greek skopein, “to look at,” the same root as scope and telescope.
The brackets in the logo are a lens: see the whole picture first, then build what’s next.
Career journey
Along the way: tripled gross revenue, retention rates raised to 85%, major contracts and deals negotiated, AI workflows implemented alongside reskilling the people behind them, and customer experiences rebuilt to earn satisfaction scores of 92% and higher.
Early career
1990s to 2000s
Focused on education, then built a strong foundation in healthcare and public service, developing analytical, policy and operational skills.
Leadership & consulting
2010 to 2018
Held various leadership roles in academic medicine, research institutes, and nonprofits focused on child mental health, early education, and other businesses, alongside consulting work on strategy, operations and growth.
Executive leadership
2018 to 2026
Held C-level roles including Chief Business Officer and Integrator, with full P&L responsibility, growth, people and operations in the compounding pharmacy industry and beyond.

2026 to present
Founded SKOPE to bring the experience and perspective of an executive into a more personal, practical partnership with founders and leadership teams.
